Shipping & Delivery
All orders are packed and shipped from Denmark.
Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel all the way to delivery.
As a small independent brand, there may occasionally be slightly longer processing times during launches, restocks, holidays or busy periods. If this is the case, we will always communicate it clearly on the webshop.
Please note that orders are not packed or shipped during weekends or Danish public holidays.

Orders shipped to the Faroe Islands may be subject to customs handling and local import charges.
Canada / USA
DHL Standard Delivery (5–8 business days): 50 USD
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country.
International Shipping
We are continuously working on improving and expanding our international shipping setup. If your country is not yet available at checkout, feel free to contact us — we are often able to arrange manual shipping solutions.
All international shipments are handled according to Incoterms DAP (Delivery At Place), meaning the customer is responsible for any import-related charges upon delivery.
Please note that Gentag cannot cover or estimate customs duties or import fees, as these vary from country to country.
Returns
Gentag offers a 14-day return policy on all purchases made through our webshop.
For orders delivered to a pickup point, the return period begins from the day the parcel is ready for collection. For home deliveries, the return period begins from the day the parcel is received.
Item Condition
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and include all original hangtags and price tags. Returns without intact tags cannot be accepted.
Items may only be tried on as you would in a physical store. If an item shows signs of use beyond this, we reserve the right to reject the return or reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days from the moment we receive your return for it to be processed and refunded to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been handled.
