If the product is not according to expectations we are here to help you. Please read below refund policy carefully before purchasing an item from our website. 

Made to order
In our made to order section you will find tailor made options made exclusively for you. These items carry a longer lead time for delivery as stated in the product description, approx 4-6 weeks. Also these products are non-refundable, as they are special to only you.

Ready to ship 
We will gladly issue a refund within 14 days of your order, of the amount paid to Gentag excluding the shipping fee. We will not pay for shipping. Refunding is not free of charge, as you pay for the shipping both to you, and back to us. We issue the refund when we either have the products on hand, or when you have shown us sufficient proof that the products have been sent back, in case they go missing. So always choose a safe courier. The refund is made using the same payment method as when you purchased. Please note that refunds will only be made if items are in the same exact pristine condition as when we shipped them. Including all labels, tags etc. And of course unused. We will examine the products before issuing the refund. We keep the right to withhold the amount paid, if the product is unnecessarily damaged. 

Vintage
In our vintage section you will find a selection of specially curated vintage items. These items are sourced, washed and prepared carefully, extending the garment's life. On vintage items small signs of wear will always occur, but we do our utmost to mend and fix all items as much as possible. The products in our vintage section are non-refundable. 

Objects and artworks
In our Objects section you will find a selection of specially curated artwork. On artwork, small imperfections will always occur as they are all handmade by real people. The products in our Objects section are non-refundable. 

It is your responsibility to make sure all details are correct in your order, and that you communicate to us in a timely manner if unexpected things happen. As we are a small business, we want to be as human as possible, so please help us to help you.
