Vintage, One-of-a-Kind, and Special Collaborations

Our vintage items, one-of-a-kind pieces, and unique art collaborations are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These items are like individual works of art, each with its own distinctive character. We appreciate your understanding of the special nature of these pieces and the rationale behind this policy.

All Other Products

For all other items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unused, and include the original invoice. Once your return is received and passes our quality check, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs, including any taxes for international returns, are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend keeping your postage receipt as proof of dispatch.

Shipping & Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Gentag is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at contact@gentag.store so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure you enter the correct email at checkout to receive transit and delivery confirmations.

Order Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled, we will send a shipping notification along with the tracking number. Please note that shipment tracking may take some time to update with the delivery estimate and transit details.

Personalized Gift Notes

If you would like to add a personalized note to your gift order, please contact us at contact@gentag.store before purchasing to coordinate the details. we can also do Personalisation on some products - this may take up to 1-2 weeks, depending on product availability and shipping location.
